What is Z-HOPE? Z-HOPE is an interactive holistic multidimensional outreach program designed to enhance, cultivate, and empower participants to develop health promoting lifestyle choices across the lifespan. Specific outreach population groups; women, youth, seniors, men, and international women of color.
